COUNTRIES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping cost is included in all territories.

All shipments are made from local distributors, you will receive your package from a nearby sender, within your territory. There will be no need to go through customs procedures or pay extra taxes.

  • USA: Shipments are made from the state of Wisconsin. Delivery 24-48 hours in central USA; 2-7 days on the east and west coasts.
  • Spain: Delivery in 24 h.
  • Rest of Europe: Shipments are made from Spain. 48 to 72 h throughout Europe.
  • Chile: Shipments are made from Santiago. 48-72 hours in major cities. Up to three more days in cities far from urban centers.
  • Mexico: Shipments are made from San Luis Potosí. Deliveries in 7 days throughout the country.
  • Canada: Delivery from the USA in 72 h.
  • Puerto Rico: Delivery from the USA in 3-4 days.
  • Peru: Delivery from Spain in 5-10 days.
  • Argentina: Delivery from Spain in 5-10 days.
  • Colombia: Delivery from Spain in 5-10 days.
  • Uruguay: Delivery from Spain in 5-10 days.

Delivery times detailed here are calculated for orders made from Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. (local time in each territory in the cases of local shipments). So if you make your purchase over the weekend or after the time indicated, the corresponding time must be added to reach the shipment time.
