WHEN SHOULD I COMPLETE THE PAYMENT FOR CROXATTO OUD?

When you make your reservation, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete the payment immediately, although it’s not mandatory to do so at that moment.

You can complete it right up until just before we begin exporting to the different countries. We’ll keep you informed. If you have any questions, write to us.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD?

The shipping period is set between June and October 2025.

At this time, we can’t give you a more precise date, but we hope to do so soon. It depends on the number of bottles we need to ship to your country, and the speed offered by logistics services.


CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Yes, you can cancel your CROXATTO OUD reservation at any time. Even after receiving it, you have 30 days to request a return.


IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I BUY IT?

You can buy it online on this website in the United States, European Union countries, Mexico, and Chile.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

They are included.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS TO RECEIVE CROXATTO OUD?

No, we ship locally in each country.

In Europe we will ship from Spain.

In American countries we have distribution centers in each country.


WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD?

There is always a chance that an unforeseen issue beyond our control may arise.

If for any reason, whatever it may be, you ultimately cannot receive your perfume, we guarantee a full refund of the amount you paid for it.


WHEN WILL I PROVIDE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

At the time of completing the payment, the system will ask for the address where you want us to send your CROXATTO OUD.


CAN I GET MORE TIME TO COMPLETE THE PAYMENT?

We might consider special cases. We suggest contacting us as soon as possible to review your situation, since as production advances, it may be harder to offer extensions.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE?

The perfume packaging is secure enough to prevent any damage during shipping. Still, if you receive a damaged perfume, we will send you a new one at no cost to you.


HOW DO I KNOW WHICH BATCH MY CROXATTO OUD IS FROM?

The batch of each perfume is engraved on the bottle and printed on the box. The code includes the year of production and a letter indicating the batch number for that year: the first is "A", the second "B", and so on. For example, batch no. 1 will have the code "2025A" engraved on the bottom of the bottle.


WHEN WILL BATCH Nº2 BE RELEASED?

We don’t know yet, but due to the search for the right Oud, the selection of the bark, and the maturation and maceration times, we foresee a long wait, possibly in 2026.

We are already searching for the right Oud for batch nº2. As the process advances, we will keep you informed.
