Status of shipments to countries in the Americas

- We are now offering 24-hour shipping in Spain, USA, Chile, Mexico, and Peru (limited quantities in Peru).
- In Colombia, Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Uruguay, Paraguay, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Brazil, we have offered our customers a refund or the option to change their delivery address to countries where we can ship. We have done everything possible, but due to country-specific legal issues beyond our control, importation has not been possible.

- All perfumes delivered in Europe, USA, Chile, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Canada, and Panama. If you are in one of these countries and have not received it, please contact us and provide your purchase details.
-In Mexico, we have delivered 95% of the perfumes. If you have not received it, there was likely an issue with the address or delivery, and we are resolving cases individually. You will receive your package soon.
- In Colombia, we have delivered 10% of the sold perfumes. The process is slow but ongoing, and it’s just a matter of time before you receive your package. Of course, you can cancel your purchase if you prefer not to wait.
- In Peru, we have delivered 50% of the perfumes, and the process continues. We estimate that the final deliveries will be made in early March.
- In Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Israel, Russia, Australia, Honduras, Guatemala, Japan, Brazil, and other countries worldwide, shipments are gradually being made. Although it may be a slow process, rest assured that we will complete it if possible. If you prefer to cancel your purchase, simply contact us.

We are responding to all emails. Due to a high volume of customer service requests, responses may take a few days, but rest assured, we will respond and resolve your issue Thank you for your patience! It truly is a virtue.
- In Mexico, we have shipped 90% of the perfumes. For the remaining shipments, we are awaiting confirmation of the neighborhood (Colonia) for the addresses. If you provided this and have not received your perfume, contact us. If not, please send your neighborhood name.
- In Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Israel, Russia, Australia, Honduras, Guatemala, Japan, Brazil, and other countries worldwide, we are gradually making shipments. While this may be a slow process, rest assured that we will complete it if possible. If you prefer to cancel your purchase, simply contact us.

- All perfumes have been shipped to: all of Europe, USA, Chile, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Canada, and Panama. If you are in one of these countries and have not received it, please contact us with your purchase details.
- In Mexico, we have shipped about half of the orders. A system issue did not ask for neighborhood information, so we are gathering details via phone and email. Orders with complete addresses should be shipped this week.
- In Peru, we have shipped about one-quarter of the perfumes sold. Due to Peruvian regulations, we can only ship limited quantities periodically. If we can accelerate deliveries, we will. We expect all deliveries to be completed as soon as possible.
- In Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Israel, Russia, Australia, Honduras, Guatemala, Japan, Brazil, and other countries worldwide, significant import restrictions exist, so shipments are being made gradually. We are doing everything possible, though it may take time. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel your purchase, and we will refund you.

Currently, the perfumes are in transit to the Americas. Complete pallets have been shipped to USA, Mexico, and Chile. Deliveries to other countries will be made from there. We will keep you updated on any new developments.
In these countries, no import fees will be required. Shipments will be delivered as local deliveries, with customs and import fees paid in advance. In other countries outside of these three, there should be no customs fees. If there are any, we will inform you beforehand so you can decide whether to proceed with your purchase or cancel it.
We estimate that perfume deliveries to buyers’ addresses will be made in about four weeks. We will do our best to deliver them before the end of October. However, delays may occur due to time-consuming processes beyond our control, which may push shipments to late November.
Some of the time-consuming processes include legal import procedures, approvals, and logistical organization of the packages.
